Is the program self-paced?
Yes. Each program is delivered as structured video lessons you work through at your own pace, on your own schedule.
Can I learn on mobile?
Yes. Lessons, downloadable resources, and knowledge-check quizzes are built to work from your phone's browser as well as a laptop.
Who should enroll?
Aspiring carriers starting a trucking company, owner-operators, and new dispatchers who want structured, practical training instead of scattered internet advice.
Do I need trucking-business experience?
No. The programs start from the foundations and build up, so you can begin without prior business experience.
What does access include?
For the programs you enroll in, access includes professional video lessons, downloadable resources and worksheets, and knowledge-check quizzes. Access duration depends on the plan you choose.
Are certificates available?
Completion recognition is available for programs, and a certificate verification page lets others confirm a certificate is genuine. FFU does not guarantee that any third party will accept a certificate.
Does FFU guarantee income or business success?
No. Freight Flow University is educational. We do not guarantee income, employment, business launch, operating authority approval, or any specific business outcome.
What is the difference between dispatching and brokering?
A dispatcher works on behalf of a specific carrier to find, book, and manage loads for that carrier's own trucks. A freight broker is a separately licensed intermediary that arranges transportation between shippers and carriers. FFU's current programs cover dispatching for your own operation, not brokerage.
How does payment work?
You choose a plan on the Pricing page and pay through secure Stripe checkout. Your access activates once payment is complete.
