How do I create an account?

Go to the registration page, enter your details, choose whether you are a Student or an Owner-Operator, and continue to payment. Your account is created right away, but paid content unlocks only after your payment completes.

I never received the email from Freight Flow University.

Check your spam or junk folder first — new senders often land there. Our email comes from a freightflowuniversity.com address. If you find it in spam, please mark it as “Not spam” so future messages reach your inbox. Still nothing after a few minutes? Email us at support@freightflowuniversity.com and we will sort it out.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We will email you a link to set a new one. The link works once, so request a fresh one if it has been sitting in your inbox. Remember to check spam.

I paid but I still cannot see the courses.

Access unlocks when your payment is confirmed, which is normally immediate. If you have paid and still see the pricing page after signing out and back in, email support@freightflowuniversity.com from the address on your account and we will fix it. Do not pay twice.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once and that is it — there is no ongoing charge, no renewal, and nothing to cancel later.

What is Founders Access?

Founders Access is a one-time payment of $250, limited to the first 50 paid members. It includes lifetime access to the Freight Flow University launch library and AI Dispatch included under the founder offer. Once those 50 places are taken, Standard Access becomes the available offer at $450 one time. Founders pricing is available while spots remain.

What exactly does my purchase include?

Lifetime access to the Freight Flow University library included under the offer you purchased, plus AI Dispatch as included in this release. Future premium courses, programs, tools, and services are not automatically included and may be sold separately. We would rather be straight with you about that now than surprise you later.

Is AI Dispatch included?

Yes, AI Dispatch is included in this release. To keep it fast and available for everyone it is subject to reasonable fair-use and daily rate limits, along with standard security and abuse-prevention controls.

A video will not play.

Refresh the page first — playback links are time-limited and a stale tab is the usual cause. If it keeps happening, tell us which lesson at support@freightflowuniversity.com.
